Spring Competition 2010

"Free to Enter" Online Competition!
Voting instructions will be emailed to all entrants and
posted online mid March 2010
5th to 8th March - entries can be submitted during this time but will not be online until 9th March onwards
Well Mother Nature has kick started 2010 with a bang......it's dark, cold, miserable, cold, snowy, cold...and cold again and there's little to look forward to. So why not spring into action with this competition to blow away your winter blues!
What you need to do is bath, pamper, sheen and shine your pets then take some photos of your handywork and email your favourite photo to completely-gifted@hotmail.com - don't forget to include your name and your pets name.
This competition is open for dogs, cats & horses.

Now, given that we are currently in the worst winter we have had for many years I am giving you plenty of time to get scrubbing, you have until 31st March to get your entries in.
Once you have entered your photo (you will receive an email that all is well and your entry has been accepted) you then need to get all your family and friends to come online and vote for their favourite. I will not be voting for anyone so I can remain impartial!
Voting will open on 1st April 2010 and will close 31st April 2010 so again, there's plenty of time.
The winner of the pet with the most votes will win a free unframed portrait in graphite or coloured pencil to a maximum size of 12" x 16", post & packing included (UK only)
Entries are limited to 1 photo per pet but you can enter as many pets as you like. The photo submitted will be the photo used for the final portrait so take your time and make sure you are happy with it. Additionally the photo needs to be of sufficient quality that it's suitable to draw from so minimum file size 250KB, maximum file size 2MB

All competition entries to be received on or before 31st March 2010. Entries received after this date will not be accepted

Voting will open on 1st April and will remain open until 31st April 2010, votes received before or after these dates will not be accepted. Full voting instructions will be posted online in March 2010.

Voting is open to the public, family and friends of competition entrants. I - Estelle Robinson - will not vote for any entrants and therefore will remain impartial.

File size of competition entries - minimum file size 250KB, maximum file size 2MB

Entrants will be notified by email if their chosen photo is not suitable eg. quality not good enough and will be invited to re-enter with a different photo but only 1 photo per pet will be accepted.

The winner can choose to have their pets portrait done in either graphite or coloured pencil to a maximum size of 12" x 16", the prize includes Post & Packing (UK only)

Entries are welcomed from outside of the UK but the winner will be required to pay Post & Packing

Only 1 photo per pet will be accepted but you can enter as many pets as you like, please supply both your name and your pets name.
- No "professional" photos accepted as these cannot be used due to Copyright Law
- Online entries only, all entries to be submitted by email to completely-gifted@hotmail.com, no hardcopies or postal entries will be accepted
- The winner's finished portrait will be posted online on www.completely-gifted.co.uk
- Winner's portrait to be completed and dispatched by 31st July 2010
