he was! My horse, my Archie. I couldn't believe the likeness. I can't recommend

Hi Estelle

I just wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful pencil portrait of
Molly & Patch. You have captured them so well. Not only have you
perfectly captured their physical resemblance, you have picked up their
characters too. Patch, such a cheeky boy, and Molly a lovely serene
girlie. The portraits are so life like it's uncanny. When my husband
opened his portrait on his birthday, yesterday, he just burst into tears.
He loves it. He keeps looking at it and his eyes well up.

Dear Estelle,

Before I gave the picture of the baby to the parents I was apprehensive. I thought maybe they preferred photos. I need not have worried at all. After the initial wide-eyed and open mouthed look of amazement the comments were, "it's absolutely gorgeous, far better than a photo, she's even got all the little folds in her fingers and the hair is so right, and the eyes....I'm going to cry". Then they just couldn't stop looking at it. They were obviously delighted and it will have pride of place on the wall.

I would like to say a massive thank you Estelle for the most amazing portrait of my best friend and soulmate - My Beautiful Bear. Gone but will never be forgotten. The portrait is wonderful and so life like!

It's just how he used to be, it made me cry. Choosing a picture for Estelle to draw was a very emotional time as it being of someone very special and imprinted deep in my heart, it was very hard as it would have to be perfect so waiting for the arrival of Bear's portrait was scary. Maybe not quite the right way to describe it but....

Anyway, he arrived and omg....he looks amazing!!! As you can see by his portrait he came back to life!

I really can't put into words how I really feel but...it's the most wonderful gift I could ever have wished for.

THANK YOU SO MUCH ESTELLE. You will now always have a place in my heart for the most wonderful portrait of my beautiful Bear.

I could not believe my luck when I heard I had won! All I can say is Estelle really puts her everything into her work. For what she has done for me is absolutely amazing.
